Being obese, there comes a point that you feel envious to others who can wear everything they want. In being overweight, you can't wear everything you desire, usually, you just wear shirt and jeans to cover up your fats.

Usually, you even tend to be shy to face the world and mingle with other people. Others prefer to lock themselves at their room and just spend their spare time alone in the room.

But you have to take note that these are not the only factors that comes with being obese. Obesity can lead you to other illnesses that can be harmful to you and your health. So locking yourselves at your room is not the right way to solve this problem. You rather go out and do the right things to do in order to fight obesity.

Changing you habits is not that easy to do but you have to, in order to lose weight and be healthy. Taking one step at a time can be helpful in losing your weight and taking care of your health.

But as mentioned earlier, changing your habits is not easy, so you can just take one step at a time. You can start by just adding vegetable with your meals. You can also eat one fruit in replacement with pastries or pasta. In doing this, you are showing that you are willing to lose weight and take care of your health. You can jot down the food that you eat each meal; soon you will find out that you are improving. Being obese means you have plenty of calorie intakes than what you burn off. So if you write down everything you eat, you will find out if you are taking fewer calories now than before.

You can also try to walk at least 10 minutes of your time; this could be helpful in losing weight. You do not have to rush everything, take few steps at a time. Even walking just 10 minutes shows that you are determined to lose weight and to take good care of your health.

In doing all these, you are preventing yourself from having other illnesses that can be harmful to your health such as high bloods pressure, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, sleep apnea, stroke and arthritis.

You have to love and take good care of your health, so if you are obese, you can start by losing weight, you can take herbal remedy as a daily regimen and combine it with proper exercise and eating healthy. These are helpful tips to fight obesity and to take good care of your health.
