Is there really an easy way of losing weight? Don't we all have to live with the fact that we are going to have to stick to boring diets, expensive creams and training gadgets, to reach our goals? Well, I'm so happy to tell you this: No, we don't! I wish I had learned about this earlier in my life, then I wouldn't have had to suffer through all those dreadful diets and exercise programs, but, you know, better late than never. I had a hard time losing the pregnancy pounds after my third child. At the same time a friend of mine, had invested in a pair of Mbt shoes, and had starting walking with them every day for half an hour. Mbt's are sneakers that are supposed to tone and firm your body, since they make your body burn more energy when walking. Sounds like a lot of bogus but it's not. They where invented to rehabilitate athlete's injuries and build muscles.
My friend lost eight pounds (and a lot of cellulite, it was really eye striking how much more toned she was) in three months, without changing her diet at all! She was still doing the Friday wine and steak dinners, enjoying chocolate whenever she felt like it. Let me tell you, I wasn't late to invest in a pair of those shoes. I decided to walk about half an hour too, and got a step counter to keep track of the how much I walked every day. I shouldn't lie. It was a bit of a drag at first, and those Mbt shoes is quite wiggly to walk with in the beginning. But I kept my friend's success in mind and kept on with it. After a couple of weeks I couldn't really be without those walks anymore. I felt so much better, and I could see a different in the mirror, my legs were much more toned with less cellulite. And the result after four weeks was: seven pounds! Without doing anything else than walking. Still did the snacks, the wine, the cheese.
So I simply made some small changes in my eating habits, and in another four weeks, I had lost ten pounds.
So, if you are looking for easy weight loss, well, that was the best tip I will probably ever be able to give you.
Just start walking!
