Everyone is tired of working for a boss. They don't like it and they would do anything to get out of it. What they don't anticipate is how hard it is to be a boss.
The amount of time that is required to motivate, to lead, to be creative in helping guide your employees in the right direction, to build a system that will allow everyone to work, and somehow at the same time keeping them on task to achieve these goals. There becomes not enough time and it seems as though you wish there could be more than four of you to cover all of these things you want to do. Then there is not enough time in the day and you wake up one morning and you wonder where your time went. Where were those trips you were going to take, where was the millions you were going to make, where was the charities that you were going to put more of your time to? What happened to my children? They have all grown up and now they are going to go through the same thing you are going through. It is an endless cycle of a rat race that seems to never end for society. We are lost in this darkness that we don't know where to go from there. It suffocates us and causes depression, anxiety, and anger. We take it out on others, when all they want to do is help you out. We are seeking for that light and guidance. We want it and need it. There has to be a way out of this and many will do anything for it, but they don't know where to look. There are imitators out there that will take us by the hand and lead us off the cliff into misery and pain. They are always out there, in any profession. We need to make sure that we make the right decision in choosing the right home-based business. We need to do our due diligence to make the correct choice, but at the same time do not allow our fear to get in the way. We fear what we don't know. That is why when we search for the correct corporation to follow, we need to take our time to search, but at the same time act on the facts and figures in front of you. Don't let your weaknesses get in the way, because that is the same reason why you are searching. You want to eliminate your weakness, not build on it. Because it comes back to the point that I mentioned before, you don't want to stand still and let life pass you by. You can't do that because you don't want to lie on your dying bed wondering where it has all gone. Start now. Make a difference in your life. You deserve it because it is your life and your only chance you get to truly make a difference. |
