I’m in my mid thirties and still eat is it everyday. You have to try it to know it’s the tastiest herb on the planet!!

Before we get started, you need to get a hold of Thyme and Pita bread. You can purchase them from any Middle Eastern grocery store. Just ask for it…

Ingredients

Pita Bread
2 Tablespoons – Thyme. **

** When you purchase Thyme for the Middle Eastern grocery store it will be in a dry form. You will need to add olive oil or vegetable oil and stir until it becomes like paste. Don’t add too much oil as it will become runny, if this is the case; add some more dry thyme to bring it back to a paste.

Instructions

Spread Thyme evenly on pita bread
Place under grill or pizza oven until golden brown. Just keep an eye on it.
For additional Taste add some grated cheese

Enjoy!
