However, some of these once taboo foods are now turning out to be good for you. For example, anyone watching what they eat was told to stay away from chocolate. Today however, nutritionists encourage the consumption of a small amount of dark chocolate every day. The same is true for many nuts and peanut butter. So do not feel bad about munching on a little peanut butter fudge. You will actually benefit from enjoying this sweet treat as long as you eat it in moderation.
