It is a bit of old news but since I haven't seen it on the market yet here in England I thought it would be an interesting post. Last year The Decaf Company invented a stick that you could stir into your cup of coffee that should absorb 70% of the caffeine. This also works for tea and sodas. The DeCaf Stick The proces of extracting caffeine from coffee beans is not all that complicated but it does affect the flavour of the beans.
