Thats what the advertisement read as I enthusiastically clicked my mouse to find out exactly what was in store for me inside the website. But what I found was empty promises and a bunch of marketing hype and garbage. Have you ever found yourself in my situation before?
The internet is so vast and so easily reachable for the average person now that almost everyone wants a piece of the action. So they are either starting up businesses to sell widgets and e-widgets or they are affiliates pushing someone else's and making great income doing it too.
I can't remember the number of these types of products I have paid for now but most of them have a few gems of information and the rest is just recycled from the last e-book I read. I don't know about you but im getting fed up with this deceitful type of marketing where the only people making the serious coin are the one's peddling the garbage information.
I have wasted so much money on so many of these products because they simply didn't live up to what they promised on the sales page.
Some of these people are such masters at the art of gentle persuasion that they could indoctrinate you to remove your pants and run up and down the street naked .
So I want to pose a few questions to you and make some suggestions that I have found it relevant to being successful on the internet myself.
"Don't ever take advice from those that don't have what you want" is a line that I live by and it makes sense in general that if I wanted to become a muscleman for instance that I'm not going to ask the joe blogs on the street corner or the local shop owner for advice.Im going to speak to the man with the body of steel at the gym who has done it and ask him for advice or pay him for it.
So with the internet and entrepreneurial business we have to use the same base. But there is a challenge that we face on the internet with this scenario,How do you know that the guy with the massive website that has pictures of money, cars, boats and houses actually owns those or even knows who owns them ? Sadly in a lot of cases you have been deceived right from the start to believe these guys have made it big and they want you to pay them for their advice and wisdom. So be careful who you take advice from is what I'd say.
It's all very well that they can show you their click bank or paypal accounts to argue they make great money but that's because they have enlisted thousands of people like you to be affiliates and spend their own money and time driving traffic to the owner's website. Yes they make sales and income too but not always and the winner in all of this is always the site owner. He has noting to lose and doesn't really care if you make nothing from pushing his site because he knows for every person who fails and leaves there is another coming right behind him to start promoting his site and paying for the privilege.
So my advice here is before you start spending your money pushing someone else's business you might want to consider spending it to promote your own. Why make someone else rich even if you are making money yourself when you could very easily turn the tables and sign up affiliates for your own site or promote your own service or product that you have created yourself ? And if you actually provide useful products and services that are essential to peoples lives you might get paid very well.
All I am saying here is be careful because we live in a buyer beware culture and my experience tells me that there are just so many people selling worthless junk on the internet that you can very easily get caught out over and over and end up penniless.
So what products and services should you sell? Well to answer that question I'd be looking at latest fadsin the market place. For example the baby boomer generation are aging and we know from history that wherever they have been as they age there have been great opportunities as they make up about one third of the world's population. Now that they are aging rapidly there is a rising market to be tapped in products and services that help the elderly and aging. So position yourself to up and coming markets before they appear and you can almost print your own money if you can successfully navigate a market or niche.
I am involved in this area as I am affiliated with a world class company that provides pharmaceutical based nutritional supplements that are used by thousands of people including many high level athletes and sports people. They pay a nice royalty not only for the sales I make personally but also the products purchases and sales of anyone in my organisation. So I get to leverage the use on many people and also in return I help those people become fortuitous themselves. This is the ultimate win win scenario as I can't be fortuitous without helping others to do the same. So I have found a great niche area that's growing rapidly across the world and I help others succeed too. So the next time you come across the sales page that guarantees you thousands of dollars each week on the internet with little to no effort just beware, things aren't always what they seem.
