Now you have five options namely Modified Theme, My Current Theme, Windows Vista, Windows Classic and a Browse option. If you have a pre-built in theme which you have downloaded or got it from any other source, you can locate it via "Browse" option.
If any how you don't wish to change the theme you can simply click on "Cancel" or close the dialog box and you will return to your desktop without any changes.
Now that you have selected your desired theme, Click on "Apply" and then click on "Ok".
Voila! you have successfully changed the theme of your Windows.
