Hello and welcome, it's nice to have you back. So, from last time we were talking about -ACTION-! This is what we have to do after the notion. Just do it. Piece of cake, I hear you say, how? I mean, I'm off the couch and ready for action. What next?



Well, get that start key out and fire up. The 'thinking' bit is over and done. Enough time has been wasted so now we must get a move on to...do something. The time has come to stop wishing your life away by waiting for that next pay-day. If you are waiting for something bigger and better, it just won't happen.

Time enough though, when I clock back in to complain about my lot. You know, how hard done by I am and how life is so unfair. Why do I get all the bad luck and so on. It was only when my ship of life was in danger of sinking on a reef that serious action had to be taken. Man those pumps!

It was easy enough to get results in a situation that demanded that...or else. So, occured to me that all I had to do was apply that same urgent energy into a non emergency activity that could get me real results. No panic or runing around headless but on a mission for my life. It was that or sliding back into a coma.

It's like being (I imagine) on drugs. I mean, get up in the morning and see your way through to the end of the day and slump your way home. Oh, the jubilation when the last shift is completed for 3 days of...nothing! If there is a distant churning noise in the ears, don't worry about it, it's only the brain disintegrating.

Does this sound like a nightmare to you? It should! It was nightmare. What was happening to me is still happening to countless millions out there right now. Are you one of them? It's time for that wake up call my friend. We don't need that rubbish that is being constantly pumped out to ensnare us. I'm aware of it but I don't let it in. I don't want to wind up old and wretched with no life and with...nothing.

Are we going on a voyage of discovery then? Do we feel brave? Are we not going to shrink back at the first hurdle? Are we heck. You have the power, we all do, to get on. There is nothing to be afraid of except yourself. It's usually the problem with a lot of us. You have a magnificent device at hand to make miracles and slay your demons. It's called your brain and your mind to run it...properly.

So, no surprises then, No secret formula. Just you and your resources with the right mindset. Go and 'cause accidents' (in the best possible sense) and amaze me, your friends, family, the world.
