What are the requirements for renting a car?

Driver must be between 18 to 65 years old and possesses a 
valid Singapore Class 3 driver’s license. (Driver below 23
years old or possesses a probationary license is required to 
pay a refundable deposit. Amount will be refunded after a
proper inspection and upon returning of the rented vehicle.)

Can I cancel my booking?

There is no charge to reschedule or cancel of bookings that 
are made 7 or more days from the date of original booking. 
However, any rescheduling/cancellations made less than 7
days to the date of original booking will be assessed a fee.

What if the vehicle breaks down?

In event of a vehicle breakdown, driver must call to report
immediately. We will dispatch a service provider to you at no 
cost. A replacement vehicle will be provided, subject to 
availability. If not, pro-rated amount will be refunded to you.
Kindly note that punctured tyres, empty petrol tank,
flattened battery, loss of car key or key locked in vehicle
does not constitute a breakdown. Driver shall bear a labour
fee of $50 for each trip, which does not include the cost of 
replacing the parts.

Will there be additional charges, 
if I fail to return the car on time?

There will be a grace period of 15 minutes. 
Penalty fee of $10 apply for every subsequent 30 minutes period.

Do I need to fill up the petrol tank?

Driver should refill the petrol tank to the same level as when 
he/she collected the vehicle. If the tank is not refueled to
the same level, the cost of petrol will be levied.
