Our Mission
Transtar Travel aims to provide safe, reliable, comfortable and value-for-money coach travel and tours from Singapore to Malaysia and back. We consider it a duty to keep our customers satisfied at all times since our customers are our priority. As such, we believe in consistently maintaining our excellent service while searching for new ways to improve customer satisfaction. Our company focuses on service, customer comfort and quality, realizing that comfort is crucial when it comes to coach travel. At Transtar Travel, we strive to become the No. 1 coach operator in Singapore.

Our History
Transtar Travel was set up in 1994 with the intention of revamping coach travel to make it more conducive to customers' needs. Since then, we have become one of the leading express coach companies in the country, pioneering in many aspects of coach travel. We are the first coach company to have been granted the ISO standard of quality certification and one of the first to provide online coach reservation services. We also introduced seat-belts in coaches so as to ensure customer safety at all times. Recently, Transtar Travel has launched our line of First Class Edition 2004/2005 fleet and our 26-seater Super VIP coaches, providing luxury coach travel that is unsurpassed.

Our Services
We provide comfortable and efficient coach travel to and from Singapore and major cities in Malaysia. We also offer tour packages to cities and resorts all over Malaysia, focusing on coach travel but also including cruises and air travel. In addition, we book hotels in Malaysia for our customers when needed. Our exemplary services include:

  • The First Class Coach Service, where each coach accommodates only 16 seats in 2 rows. Each seat is equipped with a seat belt, a foot massager and a personal 10-inch LCD monitor that allows you to view English and Asian movies, music videos or play games. Our First Class coaches also cater to families and couples, with specially-installed couple seats at the back of each coach.
  • The Premium Coach Service, which eases boarding and alighting through its low floor design. This fleet of coaches is also handicap-friendly, providing convenient travel for wheelchair-bound passengers. In addition, each coach features a full electronic air suspension system, which adjusts air pressure according to passenger load. Each seat also comes with a 7.2-inch LCD screen and seat belts.
