Fernloft Singapore is a small hostel chain founded in 2004 and we have since served over 20,000 travelers (and still counting) from across the globe.  Abiding by our 6 core C values of comfort, cleanliness, convenience, care, cost-friendliness and character, we aim to ensure that each and every guest with us receives a great hostel experience.

We crafted a service philosophy that helps us to make your stay with us a memorable one. Our service mission is characterized by these 6 Cs:

1. Comfort – We understand you value comfort after a long travel.  Our hostels are equipped with modern amenities such as cozy guest lounges, air-conditioning, comfortable mattresses & pillows.  Most importantly, we work hard to ensure that our toilets are not just clean, but nice as well, with instant water heaters (you do agree that toilets tell a lot about the place rite?).  Comfort also comes with good security. All entrances are security code accessed to give maximum security without having to set a curfew for our guests.

2. Cleanliness - All beds come with fresh linens & blankets. Rooms are cleaned daily and premises are managed by professional pest control companies to ensure no pests share the bed with you!  Even the air-conditioners are chemically serviced to ensure you have purified air.  It is not a secret that we are rated as the cleanest budget hostel in Singapore.

3. Care - We strive to provide personalized service by going the extra mile to help you in any way including booking for taxis, tours, bus tickets, making airport arrangements and providing information on getting around.  We are more than happy to provide tips that are not usually revealed on maps and books - just to make sure you get the best out of Singapore! There is nothing too much or too little for us to ensure your stay is an enjoyable one.

4. Cost-friendliness - We are not necessary the cheapest but definitely you will get the best-valued accommodation in Singapore.  We offer FREE breakfast, a FREE welcome drink, FREE bicycle usage, FREE internet and WIFI, FREE luggage storage, late check-out (subject to availability), an in-house tour desk, and MAD discounts at our in-house café/bar.  Try our local Tiger beer and enjoy S$10 off a jug! 5. Convenience – All our hostels are strategically located to give you the best choices of stay in Singapore.  We are within walking distances to the public transport system and essential amenities such as banks, the best eateries and 24-hr convenience shops.  We are also the only one that provides free transfers between our hostels – that is if you would like to experience the different cultural heritage that comes with each of our hostel’s unique locations (subject to availability).
