Join a well-established car servicing center in Singapore. They have an exciting opportunity for a Workshop Manager role

Responsibilities and Duties

• Supervise workshop operations
• Ensure all work carried out comply with safety and quality requirements
• Oversee the areas of workshop management and repair quality
• Monitor technicians performance and contribute to the profitability of the company
• Ensure speedy / accurate maintenance and repair of customer vehicles
• Maintain high level of quality control
• Provide technical assistance to the service operation
• Maintain discipline of workshop personnel
• Ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of workshop area
• Assist in tool control
• Other ad-hoc tasks as given by the management

Qualifications and Skills

In order to qualify for this role, you will need to have

• Minimum Diploma or ITE qualification
• 5 years of automotive workshop or related experience in Singapore
• Class 3 driving license
• Good communication and leadership skills
