A-Star International Hostel Pte Ltd was founded in 2006 and is located along Dunman Road near the junction of Joo Chiat Road in the prime eastern side of Singapore. It is a self-contained 4-storey building licensed and approved by Singapore government as a students' hostel. We are located within historic conservation area of Joo Chiat which offers a wide variety of eateries, minimart, convenient shops and facilities.

Next to the hostel, a neighbourhood police post can be found further enhancing the already secured environment there. Major public amenities such as East Coast Park, Parade Parade Shopping Mall, 118 Katong are located within a stone's throw away. Public transportation is easily available with a bus stop just in front of the building. Students can reach the city area within 20 minutes by bus.

Our hostel has about 36 rooms spread over 3 floors capable of accommodating up to 90 students with a mix of single, twin, and quadruple occupancy. With a small and manageable student numbers, we are able to provide a personalized supervision to our valued students thereby creating a “home away from home” experience.
