Antoinette is a Parisian style tea salon, helmed by chef Pang Kok Keong, who is arguably one of the most talented pastry chefs in Singapore. His fourth outlet at Palais Renaissance, Le Jardin d’Antoinette, is modelled after Versailles’s expansive outdoor garden. It is the perfect place to go with your girlfriends to enjoy a quiet afternoon.
Best macaroon in the town! Ideal place for high tea!
their earl grey mouuse is too awesome!
Classy interior and nice food too. Must try and visit this place!
Antoinette offers classic French sweet and savoury treats . Yummy!
Fantastic cakes, romantic, dreamy Parisien decor; it's the ideal place for tea.
Antoinette is a Parisian pâtisserie and salon du thé by Chef Pang Kok Keong, one of Singaporeâ??s best pastry chefs. The place itself is a great place for high tea & yummy cakes & desserts to choose from!
Perfect for brunch with your friends.
A nice french feel place to eat your desserts and coffee over with such nice ambiance!
This beautifuk restaurant is perfect for brunch. They have delightful pastires and cakes, and lets mot forget the array of macaroons! Fantastic! Love the ambiance!
without a doubt, this place is my favourite place for cakes!!! go try it yourself! u will like it.. highly recommended..
It's a cozy place to spend time with friends. I love the macaroons and cakes. You should try earl grey macaroon.
A well-decorated place which serves good food, a perfect place for tea to catch up with friends - this is how I would describe this place. Ordered the delicious pancake with sausage which I think is quite a unique combination. Though it doesn\'t seem to be a huge serving, I am really full after eating it (I think it is because of the fact that the pancakes are quite thick).
However, the service at this place is very lousy. The waitress simply ignores me when I request for top up of water. I have to get up and walk to take the jug of water.
High class dines in to Antoinette. Their posh ambience and classy restaurant is a great place to chill and relax on an afternoon. However, their service are terrible. Ordered a Pasta called Gnocchi Carbonara with caramelized bacon, white wine cream sauce, poached egg and aged parmesan cheese. Their Carbnara is something that I will not get sick of. Their pasta is quite unique, it is served in a rectangular cube and not the usual spaghetti.

I takeaway from Antoinette quite a bit, mostly because they offer all-day breakfast eggs and yummy French bistro classics. I had brunch there recently, and it was very enjoyable. There wasn\'t a single bad dish. In fact, almost every dish shone. Be sure to make reservations though, the restaurant is fairly small and consequently packed to the rafters all the time. Portions are reasonable, but prices can lean a wee bit to the luxurious end. We appreciated that service was professional and attentive, plates were cleared efficiently and water glasses were filled frequently.
We had:
1) Salade Lyonnaise ($13.50) with thick strips of hot bacon, cubes of buttered croutons, layered with frisee and mixed greens tossed in a mustard vinaigrette and topped with a perfectly poached egg that ran when poked. I really don\'t like mustard, and much preferred the piquant balsamic-based house dressing instead.
2) Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Duck Breast ($13.50) fluffy, airy and moist, with sauteed mushrooms and herbs, a thick toasty homemade Pain de Mie and side salad with house dressing. I liked the smoked duck, salty, tender and fresh. (It tasted like softened back bacon)
3) Scrambled Egg Gratin ($15), layered with tomato fondue, Paris ham, sauteed mushrooms, Parmesan cheese and served alongside homemade Pain de Mie toast. This was like the eggy version of lasagna. Hands down, this was the better egg dish, and an absolute must-try. I\'ll venture this is the best egg dish here
4) Blinis with Blueberries ($10), thick, soft and fluffy pancakes laden generously with loads of sweet and juicy blueberries, both mashed and whole, drizzled with maple syrup, icing sugar and a trio of creme chantilly. I usually prefer eggs to pancakes when it comes to breakfast, but man, were these delicious
5) Wild Mushroom Risotto ($24) creamy arborio rice done al dente, simmered with exotic field mushrooms and white wine for an earthy but delicately light flavour, and topped with crispy serrano ham. Generously proportioned but great to the last bite. One of the best we\'ve tried
6) Beouf Bourguignon ($32) a thick slab of Burgundy-style braised wagyu beef brisket in red wine served with pomme puree (that\'s just a fancy name for mashed potatoes) and par-boiled baby French beans. The beef was incredibly fork tender and rich and complex in flavour, a little sweet, a little rich, and a little intense. What stood out exceptionally (for me, at least) were the mashed potatoes, creamy and smooth but interspersed with tiny lumps for texture
Went back to Antoinette for their Carbonara AGAIN! I can\'t remember this is my how many times of visits already. Every single time, i\'ll order this dish without fail. I love how the poached egg sits on top of the entire creamy pasta. The dish is really tasty and fragrant. If you are someone who love creamy stuffs and a little salty as well, give this a try! You will have no regrets!
Mad in love with their pancakes. It is really soft and fluffy. Not too dry kind. The entire plates is drenched in maple syrup and topped with icing sugar and whipped cream. Presentation was awesome. It is a little sweet for those who don\'t like it sweet, i suggest you not to order this. This is more for the sweet tooth. I will definitely head back for more! Ambience and service were all tip top as well!
I’m not a French connoisseur but when it comes to having a classic dining experience with regional French savory (e.g pastries and confectionery), Antoinette is a fine place to go. A crowded place with strangely quiet ambience, Antoinette has selected beautiful wallpaper with French-like furniture that goes along with the carpeting and lightings, topped with fresh flowers so delicately beautiful.I greatly applaud them for their attention-to-detail in bringing across the excellent French atmosphere, and sadly the only thing that is lacking is an outdoor platform where the customers can people-watch or sky-gaze, just like they do in France. We were handed over one of the most huge menu board I’ve ever seen, Menu A La Carte. We ordered an All-day breakfast of egg with smoked duck breast, served with sautéed mushroom & herbs, homemade Pain de Mie toast and salad with house dressing costing $15.00.I was really pleased with the way they lay the food out, definitely takes fine culinary skills to keep the dish warm yet presentable.
We also had a Concorde (costing $20.50) which consists of Roasted chicken with bacon and creamy morel mushroom sauce served on the side. We were really paying for the quality of the food, the roasted chicken was juicy inside and totally unlike the dry chicken that you sometimes eat where you have to drink a lot of tea to cover the after-taste. The bacon was not as fatty and the mushroom made me felt like I was on cloud nine. The concorde presents to me a heavenly tasting experience and exceeded my expectations. For deserts, we ordered Antoinette, an earl grey ice-cream with raspberry jelly and milk chocolate shards (Cost $9.00), a Café Latte ($6.00), and Brittany (a type of macaroon) ($5.00). I thought I was in paradise with my main course, but Antoinette brought me to a higher place than ever, no one can ever replicate that taste that I have in my taste buds. It has surely topped my favourite desert list! I love the intricate heart-shaped design that they did on my Café Latte, it was kind of disappointing that the milk was not as warm as I thought thus the foam formed bubbles pretty quickly and wasn’t nice to chew on.I think the service was okay, I expected something more like a warm greeting or a smile or a great farewell but it was kind of ordinary. I won’t say I’d come back again due to the pricey food but I would visit once in awhile on special occasions. It’s the place where all women would love their men to bring them to, I’m sure. Spending: Approximately SGD 30(Tea)
Had an all day breakfast during lunch hour. Love how the scramble egg tasted. It\'s so soft and velvety with the taste of butter and milk. Yums.. There\'s a $3 top up for scramble egg though. WHY? =\'( The bread is nicely toasted but a tad too dry and tasteless. I tried mixing with some scramble eggs and smoked salmon to get my taste buds kicking. It\'s pretty pricey for such a simple breakfast. Overall taste and ambience is average.
Breakfast from Antoinette and fail to make me feel more hungry. Looking through their manual and finally decide to try out their Sunny side up, toast and sauteed mushroom with onions breakfast. 1st the bread was nicely toasted and egg as u can see from the photo it was perfectly done will the yellow york displayed like sun. And the green are freshly from fridge. Enviroment at Antoinette Lavender was relaxing and comfortable. Good Place to hang out with friends to have breakfast and chit chat.
They are known for their desserts, and that didnt turn me down. Having a sweet tooth, this certainly satisfied every bit of sugary craving i had. It was only sad that i had to share as i was rather full from the main meal. But there chocolate crepes are seriously good! Love the drizzled chocolate and the cream on the crepe. Made up for my sad day The savory pancakes were pretty good as well. But i thought they were rather bland, actually. Would preferred to have normal pancakes with syrup poured on it. However, the sausage and grilled tomato and cheese were pretty good as well
Try their nice, delicate cookies!
http://pixieprodigy.wordpress.com/2012/05/27/antoinette-class-redefined/ (access the blog!)Classic Eggs Florentine ($15.50) was a beauty. Each poached egg nestled on top of a thick slice of toasted brioche. Tucked underneath the egg were thin slices of serrano ham and wilted spinach. The egg was very well done and together with the Hollandaise sauce, came with this unique flavour that till now we still could not decipher which ingredient was responsible for it! But trust me, it was really good. Special praise has to be reserved for their toasted brioche which had this exquisite taste and aroma.I thought Egg with Smoked Duck Breast ($18.00) was unique for breakfast so I decided to give it a go. I was not disappointed. The smoked duck was rather thick which ensured maximum joy when your teeth are at work. Very flavourful. The scrambled eggs had a milky texture and taste which blended together very well. While not as thick as the brioche toast, the home made Pain de Mie toast was just as good. Very aromatic and tasty.
It is really a must to come to this place. We highly recommend it. Prices are not exorbitant, it is your usual brunch fare kind of pricing. One complaint that we have is that their beverage was somewhat OK. My hot chocolate was really thick and chocolatey that I swear I could make another 3 cups with it. That aside, Antoinette is truly a haven of a place.
They do not take reservations and the queue could be quite long at times. So be prepared to wait!
After the delicious dinner at ippudo, we decide to walk around a bit first before dessert as we were feeling quite full! C wanted to try Antoinette where she said that the dessert is very nice and recommend by ladyironchef We went there about 9 plus but sadly was told to order in 5 mins cause it\'s last order? We were still thinking its quite early but perhaps its a sunday? Anyway the ambiance is really nice, a very classy french feel! C wanted to ordered the Nougatine crepe which we decide to share among us 3! But its sort of a long wait but definitely worth it! The ice cream is very nice with peanuts in it for the crunch! The crepe also has a few thin layers of this crispy biscuit? Which is super nice and crispy! The crepe was so so as its nutella in it which we could barely taste as its a thin layer? But overall its still recommend to try this and the price is ok at $16.
Their flagship store. It was located at a walking distance from my workplace thus, i\'ll be there qften for lunch or dinner. Their prices were pretty affordable with great service and food. I had carbonara with a poached egg on top. Presentation topped it all! The taste is rich, creamy, just awesome!
The pancakes here are very spongy which are quite thick in texture, but still remain that smooth and soft texture in it.It is full of the butter flavour in it which makes it really fragrant.Love to spread a thin layer of the honey on it which make the pancake slightly moist and easy to swallow, which the sweetness from the honey taste great too.The sausages used is quite big in size and is quite chewy and tender, which blend in really well for this dish.Start your day with this \'big heavy breakfast\' surely will make your day a very beautiful one.Spending: Approximately SGD 15(Breakfast)
Everything there at Antoinette is very exquisite with its ambience (comfy chairs) and the cutley and tea sets which all bear the Antoinette logo. We decided to just order their desserts since that is their signature and we went over to the cake display counter to choose. There are lots of delicious looking cakes on display and we are spolit for choices. Eventually, we decided on the Strawberry Shortcake. The cake consist of a layer of sponge cake, cream + strawberries and the top layer which I can\'t really identify what it is. The whole combination is very good. The cream is light and the strawberries are sweet and juicy. In addition, the sponge cake is also moist and fluffy and eaten as a whole, it is really nearing perfect. This has to be my favourite strawberry shortcake as of now!Spending: Approximately SGD 8
Try their Luxurious, chic, and heavenly Antoinette ($9) with milk chocolate mousse infused with earl grey tea cake.
located at meritius mandarin.
Upon arrival, I saw many empty seats and proceeded in only to be greeted by the staff saying that it was closed and would only be able to do take away. I was sure it closes at 11pm on Friday because I had visited the website before heading down. While paying up for my take away, I decided to casually ask the staff what is their opening hours, and he said the correct opening hours which was until 11pm. Sensing that he said something wrong, he immediately tried to correct himself by saying Saturdays are the only days they are open till 11pm. It was rather disappointing because I didn\'t mind just spending an hour or less there just to finish up the cakes. If I was there maybe half an hour before closing, I could understand why they didn’t allow us to dine in. But it was an hour. Did the staff do so because they wanted to close on time? I have read reviews about the poorer service at this outlet and I didn\'t expect to experience it first hand on my first visit.

I went to Antoinette at Lavender for brunch where I ordered some French toast with maple syrup and berries. The French toast was very soft and sweet topped with the maple syrup. It costs $14 for breakfast, quite value for money for the quality of food. The ambience is great for a relaxing weekend to chill and catch up with friends and family.Spending: Approximately SGD 14(Breakfast)
Went for brunch with my loved one at Antoinette Mandarin Gallery last Saturday. The ambience in the restaurant is fantastic. nice classic english furnitures and lightings. We ordered french toast, pancakes and scrambled eggs. The quality of the food is awesome too and service of the staff is great. The whole meal only cost us $20 per head.Spending: Approximately SGD 20(Other)
The macarons they have are delicious and it taste really good because the crust is just nice, not too thick and you can\'t taste the colouring. Plus the flavours that contain inside with different layers of texture and feeling, is woohhooo nice!
Flavours: Antoinette, Rose, Chloe, Praline, Tahiti, Violette, Gran cru, Sesame, Charlotte, Passion, Pistachio, Brittany
It is another creative way of creating birthday cake like this :Anyway Please be careful, as the macarons will melt easily under hot temperature, therefore please consume it as soon as possible or put it inside fridge.
When it melts, it will looks terrible! plus still taste nice anyway! (:
I went to Antoinette for brunch where I ordered the pancakes with sausage. It costs around $15 for the meal. I totally love the ambience of Antoinette as it is really girlish and it gives a princess feel. They serve breakfast all day which is wonderful. The pancakes were tangy and baked at the right temperature while the sausage was a little salty though. The meal was great.Spending: Approximately SGD 15(Breakfast)
2nd time to Antoinette so decided to go to this newly opened store at Mandarin Gallery.
Restaurant was really well finished with similar concept to the one Penhas Road.
But once step in the seats area, i almost fainted. the strong oily smell is so overwhelming, guess they do not have a good ventilation in their kitchen, that\'s why the oily smell slips out from the kitchen area.
so what if they have nice dining table and decoration, but the air ventilation is bad and the air con is too cold.
nevertheless ordered;
Chocolate Marshmallow Meringue (Very sweet, just like you are eating air with sugar haha... serving is quite big and you get sick of it after a few bites so advice to try it only if you are there with a group of friends)
Mont Blanc (Nice, creamy chestnuts on the top)
Violette (Love the jam taste, but the cream part on the top is a little too hard)
guess after the whole experience here at Mandarin Gallery, i will still prefer the outlet at Penhas RoadSpending: Approximately SGD 10(Tea)

They say the lower the capacity of a restaurant, the more luxurious it is. Which is most generally true. Antoniette, though it looks puny and petty in appearance, this French restaurant sure does the opposite of the description by taking us with a a bang. Having already heard so much about it before finally getting my hands mouth on it, there couldn’t possibly be any parts of it that could have disappointed. Even with the ridiculous queue and waiting time, we were persistent on getting in. Mind you, we were already the first in line with the three of us, but most seats are catered for twos, so we waited for three-quarter of an hour. When we were eventually ushered to our seats, I understood why people refused to give up their comfortable and home-y seats.
Even though the menu was limited, we took our time to browse through it and get soaked in the moment – like a princess does on most occasions. Oh, just kidding.
Baguette :: The presentation was enough to fill my satisfaction. I mean, just look at those little jars of chocolate and butter that you just want to take it as yours. It makes eating some mundane pastries more enjoyable. The baguette itself, though was forgettable – nothing bad, nothing good.Spending: Approximately SGD 30(Dinner)
ANTOINETTE $9.00
a pretty little chocolate cake, make up of milk chocolate mousse infused with earl grey and dark chocolate cremeux, a base of chocolate biscuit gave crunchiness to overall texture. The raspberry coulis in the form of a sour tang neutralised the sweetness of it, burst it and let it flow over the whole cake, one mouthful of it one would know what is called chocolate heaven!
quite sweet but w the above cherry syrup, sour blend with sweet, quite nice
I simply love the food at Antoinette. I went to the mandarin gallery branch with my friends. The food was awesome. I ordered the scramble eggs with smoked duck breast. It was so tender and juicy. the eggs were cooked perfectly. It was seasoned just right as well. The smoke duck breast was an absolute killer. so tender and juicy. it taste super tasty. I really enjoyed the meal.
I love the food & decor of this restaurant! The restaurant is fitted with very classic European interiors, and makes one feel welcome & cosy.
However, our otherwise very pleasant experience here was somewhat ruined by a few of the waiters who attended to us due to their attitude. In addition, most of the service staff are foreigners, mainly from India. So when we ordered our food we had difficulty understanding what they were talking about & vice versa.
Fortunately, the food that we ordered wiped out the negative feelings we had on their service staff.Here\'s what we had:
1. Classic eggs Florentine ($14++)I ordered this and it was really wonderful! The 2 eggs were served on toasted brioche, wilted spinach, serrano ham and hollandse sauce, with a side salad with house dressing. I really love the way my eggs were done. I was really full & satisfied after finishing this set.
2. Antoinette breakfast ($20++)My friend\'s set was a very worthwhile meal with so many items. She had trouble finishing all the food & kept asking me to help myself with her food. I did sample tasting of her food & enjoyed eating the sausage the most. But in the end I was the one who finished up her hot chocolate as she thought it was too bitter. Luckily I love dark chocolate! ;)
3. Antoinette (ice cream served with creme Chantilly) $9++Antoinette is actually Earl Grey ice cream with raspberry jelly with milk chocolate shards ($9++). The Earl Grey ice cream flavour was not distinctive enough upon first bite, but as it melted in the mouth, it got stronger. All I can say is, it\'s divine!
Actually we were already full when we finished our main courses, but decided to stuff ourselves with at least 1 dessert since this place is famous for desserts & pastries, and we were glad we did! I will definitely want to try the other desserts and pastries at Antoinette again next time. Spending: Approximately SGD 25.50(Dinner)

Antoinette located at Orchard Mandarin Gallery is a great place for desserts and brunch. The prices are reasonable, pancakes and French toast costs around $10+. The mains are slightly more expensive at $20+. I ordered the chocolate sliced cake and macaroons. The restaurant is beautiful, the decor is very english and classy. It makes a great place for dates and catch up with friends and family.Spending: Approximately SGD 15(Tea)
We were around this area and thought gave this a try as read so many reviews about their branch at Mandarin Gallery. The cafe will definitely catch the eyes of passers by as it stood out in this row of shops that none were appealing at all compared to it and the exterior decor of Antoinette was so posh looking that you won\'t missed it as the \'Queen\' gladly welcome you into a world of indulgence.
The interior decor was so french and feminine looking and the place were nearly full when we came around 7 plus and customers kept coming in either for takeaways or dine in. I\'m quite surprised that people really flocked here even at this area. A counter staff went through the cakes at the counter with us and all cakes and macaroons looked attractive and yummy but the price was pretty steep. Per piece of macaroons were at $2.50 and $2.80 the yuzi flavour was good. I had the Antoinette cake at $9.00, a milk chocolate mousse infused with earl grey tea that took me quite sometime to figure out what was it and honestly everything was nice apart from the earl grey tea thingy. The raspberry coulis was placed on the top of the cakeand in a bubble form as though those of a capsule with fish oil, and it was sour but still okay. I liked the soft biscuit underneath the choc mousse. Along with the cake I had a cup ofVienne coffee at $6.00 and it was thick yet not aromatic enough.Spending: Approximately SGD 18
I simply love the food at Antoinette. I went to the mandarin gallery branch with my family. The food was awesome. I ordered the scramble eggs with smoked duck breast. Dinner at two weeks ago! Tried their Hazelnut Danish which has a strong aroma of cinnamon, which made the pastry very delicious. there crunchiness from the nuts aded more texture to the hazelnut Danish. It also tasted superb due to its light crisp. Super good. It is also very reasonably priced. Great desserts!Spending: Approximately SGD 7
My sister was in a very good mood so she decided to treat the whole family to Antoinette for a good meal. I ordered their Antoinette club sandwiches. It was really good. The sandwiches were cut into triangles making it very easy to eat. The fillings were quite a lot too, till the extent it kept falling out when you eat it. It had a good mix of vegetables and filling and bread, making the meal very wholesome!
I was lucky enough to dine at this new French patisserie located at Mandarin Gallery. Entering the restaurant, you instantly feel like you\'re in a different world. Everything from the ceiling, walls decorated with paintings, and even the furniture have this French feel.
As for the plates and cups, it was definitely interesting to see the letter A inscribed in their tea cups, plates, etc. It defintely completed the French feel of the restaurant.
I started my meal with their signature earl grey tea. It was definitely warmed me inside. I like the fact that it had a very light flavour so that the taste would not compete with the other courses which started with the Salad Antoinette. It was a very light dish and it tasted very fresh!
I then followed it up with. The egg was very soft and creamy and it was complemented very well with the other ingredients on the side. Yum! I would recommend this dish to first time-diners of Antoinette.
As for desserts, they have so many choices it\'s so hard to pick! Everything just seemed so appetising. I just ordered something I haven\'t tried before--Saint Honore L\'amour . I believe the inspiration for this pastry was all red fruits as evident in its light pink colour. The cream wasn\'t so sweet, which was how I liked it to be. It tasted very much like flowers.. but was yummy!

Salade Antoinette is a very refreshing starter that kicked start my appetite! I had Gnocchi Carbonara as my main dish. It is sauteed with caramelized bacon, white wine cream sauce, served with poached egg and aged parmesan cheese. It is superb delicious i swear! Really rich in flavour. The gnocchi was soft, mushy and a tad salty. Strangely, the bacon seem not to be as salty. Thumbs up and a must try dish! Didn\'t really like their dessert though. I had this cake which is damn bitter for my liking. For dark chocolate lovers perhaps! All in all, i\'m very satisfied..
i was *really* excited to visit after chancing upon Antoinette\'s facebook page - i wanted to eat those cakes with those dainty little forks and plates, and i wanted to sit in those velvety soft armchairs and absorb all those pretty!it was a last minute decision to eat there (i\'m insanely fickle...) for \'date night\' with boyfriend, and after spending 1.5hours sitting in rush hour traffic, the most dreaded thing i wanted to hear was that they were \'fully reserved\'. i wanted to burst out crying. ::: peers forlornly into the windows of restaurant:::
we did manage to take away a bit of Antoinette away with us though, in a gorgeous little box and paper bag. we got the Antoinette cake and the new Mango/Passionfruit cake. Both of them were mousse cakes, with a little layer of biscuit at the bottom for the chocolate cake, and a layer of cake at the bottom for the Mango/Passionfruit.a sort of \'sauce\' (i think it\'s cherry) spills out when the red blob atop the Antoinette was poked apart. we could also taste a tinge of cherry in the thick chocolaty mousse. there was a darker, thicker chocolate mousse in the center of the cake. similarly, the mango/passionfruit cake had a very thick, refreshingly sour taste, and there was coconut mousse in the center. i would actually compare the cakes we had to those at K Ki. i\'m not sure which *i* prefer, but boyfriend really likes those from Antoinette. guess we\'ll be heading back aplenty!
and if you, like me, have also always wondered how meringue tastes like - it tastes like cotton candy.
plus, i guess sharing some cakes together in the car is *sort of* really romantic =D Spending: Approximately SGD 11(Tea)
