Apart from corporate secretarial, accountancy and tax services, our areas of practice includes business and management consultancy. To provide our clients with a total business and management solution we carry out special audit, evaluation of the company’s shares, provide business forecast and projections and enhancement of financing. We also provide tactful negotiation with bankers in rescheduling of banking facilities and in loan applications.

Our clients comprise both local and foreign entities. We work very closely with our legal associates, Mr Louis Lim from the boutique law firm of William Poh & Louis Lim (Advocates and Solicitors) in advising our clients on all legal and corporate matters.

The strength of the firm is the wealth of experience of our precedent partner Miss Amabel Quek (CPA). Amabel was previously the Audit and Accounts manager of a well established Singapore Certified Public Accounting firm.
