You can even call within a couple of days before departing and receive incredible discounts. You can plan ahead of time and still get the best rates. There is usually a minimum initiation fee. In fact, the fee usually pays for itself by the savings gained from your first vacation. The accommodations are usually 5 star rated, celebrity status. Some of the exotic places may have restrictions, because various celebrities have bought up rooms for months at a time. You can book online or you can call direct and have a travel agent arrange everything. If you plan on traveling a lot in the next four to five years this would be the way to go. However, there only a couple good programs that is professionally managed. So be careful with the company you chose.

The last system is handling everything yourself, planning you departure and returning dates and paying the extra cost that each company requires.
