In general though a Call-to-Action can be as simple as saying "act now!" or "order today" to "contact us for free literature on our new fall semester classes schedule" or even more elaborate instructional message.
There are specific power words and phrases specifically for your industry you should certainly investigate, test with your prospects and choose the right one. Keep in mind that your Call-to-Action must be in terms with your overall marketing goals. If you are in business of selling a product, your words of action should be: Order Now, Get your Copy today, Order Today. They must call for "BUY NOW" action, instead of saying: "Learn More, Call for more information, etc.
