Deja-vu

By: Satish Verma

Red moon emerges
on the brown hill
surrogates for sun
stars were watching.

A raw resemblance
music of indigo
trimming the life.

Truth must suffer
in agony
for inverse pain of illusion.

Ephemeral, but
thing of existential restraint;
body in deep meditation.

Humiliation strikes,
comes as anesthesia
dream of deja-vu.
Only one reaches the aim.
