To Pixie Nail Spa customers that going, please think twice. I visited Chinatown branch using Fave for 1st timer, service is super lousy, all the whole session is all hard selling and pushy. When you not going to pay more for the extra treatment, they will give you the not happy look. Terrible, poor customer experience. They will say until your skin is super bad, and with using their product, your skin will change to like new one. Cant make it. So please dun even think twice when you wanted to visit them.

I want to highlight on the bad service I received from your Orchard MRT Branch. I bought a voucher from FAVE and went to your Orchard MRT branch on 12/9/19. But the young Vietnamese girl who served me was very very rude. She was very indifferent and negative in her reply. Asked if can apply additional coat as my nail tend to chip easily, she answered a flat "NO" without hesitation. During the conversation, I hinted that she should give good service for first timer customer, her reply was FAVE customer is not customer. Her customers are regulars only. When asked what is her name, she reply rudely, Why do you want to know? I was so shock to hear all these answers especially at Orchard Road area. I felt insulted. She was so sure that I will not sign a package that she did not even ask me to sign one. She did not even asked when can I come back for a soak off. I left in a hurry without making an appointment to come back for sock off as I was very angry. On the 5 Oct, I tried to call the branch for soak off, someone answer but did not have time to talk and tell me to called back. If so, why answer the phone? I called back the next day to make an appointment on the same day, they said no slot. Then I asked for Monday, they also said no slot. It's funny that a big branch with so many worker cannot spare 30 mins for a sock off? Fine, I make another appointment on Thursday. But when I was there, they said I did not make any appointment. How can that be, the call log in my phone have the branch number recorded. Then they said they are busy and asked me to come back at 4pm again. When I finally get there, they said I cannot have a free soak off as it had pass 3 weeks. Then they should have told me when I was there at 1pm. But they did not bother to check and make me come back at 4pm again then tell me. I find it very strange for a Orchard Road shop to have such bad service staff. As such, I will NEVER step into a PIXIE SPA again.

I was thankful tat Sharon was around at plaza sing today.. good job done by her. I was displeased with the service rendered during my previous visit.. today Sharon saved my day... From Radha

The place was nice and the girl who served me was chirpy and fun to chat with. A staff picked out a couple of colours after I told her what I preferred and let me try a layer, but she also mixed them up and put some back and we couldn't remember which was which. (Wish she had done it more systematically so that we won't mix the colours up.) So I chose from the remaining. I was quite pleased with the service except that I carelessly touched the wet nail polish and when she helped me touch-up, the top coat had some red paint in it and some got onto my nail. Also, they wanted me to leave after sitting under the dryer for 30 mins but they let me stay upon request because I knew I can be really careless. As predicted, just as I was making payment, I made a dent in one of the nails. :S
