Terrible experience at Jil Beauty 2 @ Tampines. At first I liked the place and service, and even recommended it to people I know. But recent incident displayed very unkind customer service. When I bought a package, it was not mentioned that there is a 3 months expiry. And that it was not a package, but a promotion. Although written on the receipt that promotion has a 3 months expiry, and package has a 2 years expiry, it was unclear which of it mine was. It was also not conveyed during the sale. Not wanting to make too big a fuss, I attempted to convey my frustration of not being informed of the expiry, by speaking to the staff without raising my voice. I made sure not to mistreat them, as I have worked in customer service before, and it is only polite to treat human beings with respect. However, I was treated like an annoying pest, and both staff left me standing there, while I was still confused and upset with being misinformed. A very unpleasant experience. Will not be going back there, and do not recommend this place to people who cannot handle unkind customer service.
I spend most of my time drawing my eyebrow everyday, I just thought of doing the embroidery so late no more at work, Ive been reading a lot from reviews that Jil Beauty does it better than any other eyebrow specialists out there., they make sure that they only give the best customer satisfaction. Thinking of going there this weekend.
