Keeping alive the family legacy, Jawed Habib started his journey of JHHBL (Jawed Habib Hair and Beauty salon Ltd), with a vision to provide quality hair styling and beauty grooming services to the wider population of India in 2006.

With his passion and relentless efforts, Jawed Habib has established an effective system in providing quality services to clients across various parts of the country and creating a new benchmark in the Hair Styling and Beauty industry. Under the leadership of Jawed; today JHHBL is one of the leading hair and beauty salon companies in India with 312 franchised outlets in 90 cities across all formats p an India. He has been instrumental in changing the face of hair and beauty industry in India by standardising the process across the country.

After remarkable success in India, Jawed has expanded in International markets like Dubai, London and is now in Singapore! He is soon planning to further expand into markets like Australia, Malaysia and USA, with continued growth in established countries.

Jawed Habib recently introduced the concept of "Hair Yoga" at the Nehru Centre in London, where he shared his Hair secrets and tips with the audience.

With a record of performing 410 non-stop haircuts in 25 hours and 42 minutes; Jawed has successfully carved a niche for himself in the hair styling & grooming genre and is regarded among the most renowned and distinguished personalities in India.

Jawed Habib has been instrumental in changing the face of the industry by implementing backward integration to set up his own line of hair styling and grooming academies, 'Jawed Habib Professional Institute' to cater to the huge shortage of quality manpower in the industry. He has also been actively involved to standardize and revolutionize the art of Hair Styling in India and provide scientific and systematic training to the aspirants wishing to pursue a career in cosmetology. There are 46 academies who undertake training of Hair & Beauty.

Jawed's ancestors were working with Indian hair industry before the subcontinent's independence. His grandfather was barber to the last British viceroy, Lord Mountbatten and Jawaharlal Nehru, India's first Prime Minister.
