Pumpkin Cake Crockpot Recipe |

Here is a recipe for a delicious pumpkin cake that you can make in your crockpot. This is very easy to make and I am sure that you and your family will love it. Ingredients: 4 egg whites 2/3 cup light brown sugar 1/3 cup sugar 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon allspice 1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin 1 box yellow cake mix (Betty Crocker Super Moist is recommended) Preheat your crockpot on high for 10 minutes. Spray the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Mix egg whites, brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, allspice, pumpkin and cake mix together and pour into the preheated crockpot. Cover the top of the crockpot with a paper towel (under the lid). Let cook for 1 1/2 hours on high or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool for about 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy with ice cream
