Boneless Pork Recipes - Try These Fabulous Pork Recipes |
Boneless pork is becoming more and more popular as a great alternative to chicken and red meat. Most boneless pork recipes deal with either pork chops, tenderloin or center cut roast. All three cuts are very low in fat and taste great. One of my favorite recipes is onion and celery slow cooked pork chops. Ingredients: 1 pound quarter inch cut boneless pork chops This is a simple dish and very easy to fix. Your family will love it. Place the pork chops in a glass dish. Sprinkle the salt and pepper over the meat. Pour in the cream of celery soup and the onion soup. Top the dish with the sliced button mushrooms. Place the dish in a preheated 350 degree oven and cook for 35 minutes. When done the meat should fall apart with slight pressure. Serve this dish with either mashed potatoes or white rice. The soups make a nice sauce to complement the rice or potatoes. An excellent variation of the dish is to use a cream of mushroom soup instead of the onion soup. You can also slice potatoes and line the bottom of the glass dish. The grease and juices from the pork chops will give the potatoes a wonderful flavor. I hope you try this recipe and it becomes a regular favorite at your home.
