This analytical software includes commonly used audit procedures such as identification of duplicates, gaps, Benford's law, outliers, population summaries, data classification and stratification, univariate statistics, cumulative monetary amount sampling, identification of Federal holiday dates and histogram charts.
To use the software, open an Excel workbook, select the data on the sheet to be analyzed and copy the data to the clipboard, by either using edit | copy or else Ctrl-C. Then click on the link below corresponding to the audit test to be performed and "paste" the data into the form, provide any other specification required, and click the "run" button. The results of the analysis will be displayed on a browser page which can then be viewed and the results optionally pasted back into Excel. Each of the software procedures has a link to "help" page with more detailed instructions and screen shot examples.

List the sum of all positive, negative. List missing and absolute value. List number of zero items. Obtain quartile, top and bottom five, mode and other statistics. Classify amounts deviating significantly from the norm.
